Deborah Garcia, Office Manager, has over 30 years’ experience in the commercial real estate field which encompasses Pelmad Corporation and Americas Commercial Real Estate. Ms. Garcia has extensive experience in office and property management, monthly reporting and budgeting for privately owned and institutional clients with assets totaling over six million square feet of industrial warehouse property. Her wide-ranging skills and management expertise are welcomed assets to our team. Additional responsibilities include cooperating broker agreements, vendor agreements, listing agreements, leasing and sales agreements, accounts payable and accounts receivable.
